Always and Forever

For this card i have used
Frantic Stamper Die Wedding Day 
Cherry Lynn Heart 
S,B Border Scallop Edge
New Easy Crystal Applicator 
Swarovski Crystals 
I have used tulle to give her a Layed dress effect and put on the Swarovski Crystals
